We Can Help You Do the Right Thing When You Feel Like You Don't Have Time to Do Anything.
The LiveWell Method was created to provide a simple and comprehensive way for teams to improve the quality of life for residents and staff living in long-term care communities.
LiveWell is all about making it easy to do the right thing. When staff feels like they can make a difference, they are happier and so are residents.
We know that improving the quality of care through the LiveWell Method increases staff morale and staff retention. It also reduces costs. LiveWell helps teams communicate, organize, track, and measure. LTCFs are complicated settings. Knowing what to do at all times ensures the safety and wellbeing of staff and residents.
But first, you have to invest in the people. The State of Oregon currently supports provider organizations to learn the LiveWell Method without out-of-pocket costs. Groups of four communities meet weekly for twelve weeks to learn the foundations of quality improvement and implement three key practices. Our learning collaboratives bring peers from different organizations together to learn from one another how best to build an inclusive and transparent community, where everyone works to fix challenges and progress is celebrated.
If you are based in Oregon, we invite your organization to apply to our fall session If you are not based in Oregon, we can support you in a number of ways. Just reach out and email Barbara.

Over time LiveWell has been shown to significantly improve staff morale and staff retention while reducing falls, medication errors, and other areas. Improving quality also reduces costs, as you can see in our white paper. Interested in learning more? Check out the rest of this blog.
